We're excited to announce the release of the TourLife MCP Server! Building on our recently launched API, we're now offering a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that allows AI assistants to interact directly with your tour data.

What is MCP?

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that enables AI assistants like Claude, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible tools to securely connect to external data sources. Instead of copying and pasting data into your AI conversations, MCP allows the assistant to query your TourLife data directly.

What can you do with the MCP Server?

With the TourLife MCP Server, your AI assistant can:

  • Query your upcoming shows – Ask about your tour schedule, venue details, and event information
  • Manage guest lists – Add, update, or review guests for any event through natural conversation
  • Check flight and transport details – Get travel logistics without leaving your AI workflow
  • Access event contacts – Look up venue contacts, promoters, and other event-related personnel
  • Review roster information – See who's confirmed for each event

Imagine asking your AI assistant: "What events do I have next month?" or "Add John Smith as a VIP guest for our Amsterdam show" – and having it actually happen.

Getting Started

Setting up the MCP server is straightforward. Check out the MCP documentation for step-by-step instructions on how to configure your AI assistant to connect to TourLife.

The MCP endpoint is available at:

Built on Our API

The MCP Server uses the same authentication as our API. If you already have an API token, you're ready to go. If not, you can create one in your TourLife settings.

What's Next?

We're continuously expanding the capabilities of both our API and MCP server. If there's specific functionality you'd like to see, reach out and let us know!

Happy touring with AI! 🎸🤖
